The business mogul and philanthropist also said plans are underway to send assistant coach MacDonald Mtetemera to South Africa for a similar capacity building stint.
“We expect them to gain some critical insights that challenge their existing methods and broaden their tactical understanding of the game,” he said.
Mpinganjira said Mtetemera’s attachment with the South African club has not yet been finalised.
“If he doesn’t go now, then we are looking at mid-season as we are yet to finalise with the team where he will be attached,” he said.
Mpinganjira, who is the club’s main sponsor, also reiterated that the coaching panel will be maintained, having won the league title.
“They have won us the league, so there is no use looking elsewhere. So, all this talk about getting a better coach is nonsense. Not at Wanderers,” he said.
In an interview, Bob said he looks forward to learning new techniques.
“Football is a dynamic game whereby tactics and techniques keep changing and, therefore, the importance of the trip cannot be over emphasized,” he said.
